“When I first opened the gym after playing college sports, I just needed a place to challenge and push myself. Unless you’re a collegiate or professional athlete, there aren’t many competitive options available after high school or college. The gym gives you a place to compete amongst other members or merely against yourself. Workouts can be scored so there’s a competitive side and for me, it’s a sport. It doesn’t matter your age, gender or body type, it’s all about your effort. We meet you where you’re at.”
