Both Wobbs and Jessica hold personal training sessions, but specialize in different aspects. Jessica primarily focuses on Personal Training, Pilates & Yoga and trains at the gym but also has a private room and space for her clients. This one-hour consultation will be about getting to know you, your goals, and your needs. We will focus in on your goals as well as go over your health history, perform a basic body movement assessment, introduce you to different movement modality options, and we will target exactly what you want to focus on.
